Hike: 2 miles, great for any fitness level. Easy accessible paths.
Starting Point: Church Road, MK45 4LA
Parking is limited; please car share where possible. You can park on Church Road (MK45 4LA) or Old Road (MK45 4LB). Alternatively, a short walk away is the Barton-le-Clay Village Hall car park on Hexton Road (MK45 4JY).
Transport: Please make your own travel arrangements to reach Barton Hills for the hike
TIPS…
Please arrive promptly , we will be setting off according to schedule and cannot wait for anyone who is late, as its such a large group
There are no designated toilets. You can find cafes nearby in the village of Barton-le-Clay.
Prepare for the weather and dress accordingly i.e. a waterproof jacket
Please wear appropriate footwear as it can get muddy/slippery by the spring area.
Feel free to bring a snack with you; we will take a 20/30-minute break.
Please bring ample water with you.
The hike should take about 2 hours inc the break.
A reminder to make sure you have your inhaler with you if you suffer from asthma.
